Windows XP restart after loading screen

 Unmountable_boot_ volume stop: 0x000000ED (0x8A225900, 0XC000006,0x00000000, 0X00000000
  • Boot from windows xp bootable CD
  • Press R when asking installation
  • Go to windows installation drive (C: or d:)
  • Enter chkdsk /r command, it will take several minute to complete
  • Ex: if c:\>chkdsk /r, d:\>chkdsk /r
  • After completion of check n repair disk
  • Enter fixboot command
  • Then type exit (restart computer)
  • Remove your windows xp bootable disk
  • Now your windows xp ready to work



Some times windows asking for normal or safe mode or last known good configuration screen

pls select normal mode

Local Disk(D:) is not accessible Access is denied (d drive not opening and ask for format)


Boot from windows xp bootable cd
1. When asking for installation press R
2. Then press 1 (c:\windows)
3. Enter administrator password (if there) otherwise press enter
4. Type d: Enter
5. Type chkdsk /p
6. After complete, Restart computer
now your drive is ready to use enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
